Siiponkoski Bird-watching Tower invites birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts to admire the stunning landscapes. The area is crossed by the Kalajoki River, providing magnificent views throughout the year.

In spring and autumn, the area is a favored resting place for migratory birds, offering excellent opportunities for birdwatching!

Siiponkoski River Center is located in a picturesque setting in the village of Siiponkoski, about 4 kilometers from the center of Haapajärvi towards Ylivieska.

You can leave your car in the courtyard of Siiponkoski School. From the parking lot, you can already see the first bridge; cross the bridge and follow the forest path. In the woods, you’ll find signs guiding you to the bird tower!

The bird tower is not right next to the school, but the journey through the forest is quick.
