Sports Center Buusti

Sports Center Buusti is located in the heart of Haapajärvi at Puistokatu 46-48. Well-being and fitness services under one roof; gym, group fitness, spinning, massage, personal training services, guidance and program services, as well as corporate fitness services. The gym is equipped with efficient ventilation and offers a wide range of equipment. In the gym, there are Bodytone brand weight machines, a strength training area, and a separate grass mat area for functional training with a variety of suitable equipment for the activity.

Single entries to the gym can be purchased from the R-Kioski across the street. Single entries can be used during the gym’s opening hours. You will receive a single entry tag directly from R-Kioski, which is returned to the gym’s mailbox when leaving.

The group fitness space is located at the other end of the building (separate entrance). The group fitness area has a large exercise space with mirrors and changing rooms, all equipped with efficient ventilation. In our group fitness classes, we offer a comprehensive selection of different classes from dance-based classes to body maintenance. We also offer guided spinning classes in the morning and evening.

Massage services are available, and free massage slots can be booked at +358 40-651 233 or directly from our online booking calendar, which can be found under the massage link on our website. Massage services at Buusti are provided by physiotherapist Katja Klemettilä.

We offer personal training services both individually and in group coaching. We also offer new TEHO groups, which are coaching sessions lasting one or two months in small groups. Additionally, we provide exercise programs, fitness programs, and nutritional guidance services.

We also provide corporate fitness services; Corporate contracts, TYKY days, and guided exercise classes for companies, as well as various customized packages for businesses.

Online shop. Our online store is open 24/7, and after registering the first on-site access tag, you can continue to download and purchase more services directly from our online store.
